If I’m a distributor, how do I place an order online?

On the home page in the top right corner, click on Distributor Login. This will take you to a login page, prompting you to enter your distributor username and password. Once logged into the Distributor Dashboard, click “Order”. Add your products to your cart. Once finished, go to the checkout page and finish your order! You will be emailed a copy of your order for you records.

What is the process when a distributor places an order?

After the order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you regarding the total price of the order. You, as the distributor, must make the payment before the order begins processing. If the order is placed before 1:00pm EST, the order will be processed the same day. If placed after 1:00pm EST, the order will be processed next business day. Once processed, the order will be filled and shipped out by the following business day.

What do I do if I'm a distributor and my order is damaged during the shipping process?

If the shipping is COLLECT (the distributor pays for it), you need to initiate the claim process directly with the shipping company. If the shipping is PREPAID (Chapman Products pays for it), you MUST call Chapman Products (864-862-6282) immediately to report it, and fax the paperwork you obtained from the shipping company (864-862-6285). Chapman Products will submit the claim and contact the distributor as soon as the shipping company approves or denies the claim.
If the shipping company approves the claim, Chapman Products will give the distributor credit for the total refund of what the shipping company reimburses. If the shipping company denies the claim, Chapman Products will not be responsible for the damaged merchandise as stated in the distributors’ agreement. If the distributor needs to replace any damaged merchandise, he/she must place a new order and pay for it.
